Health Guarantee

The Breeder guarantees the puppy for crippling hip dysplasia (HD), crippling elbow dysplasia (ED) & Serious Life Altering Genetic Diseases until the puppy’s 1st birthday. ONLY OFA documentation will be accepted and copies must be sent to the breeder. Only HD and ED of a moderate or severe nature will be covered. Any diagnosis of mild, fair or better will be considered acceptable. If HD or ED is proven the Breeder will replace the animal with another puppy of equivalent value at no cost to the Purchaser within 6 months, or closest next available litter.

Additionally, should dog have been subject to any of the following during the guarantee period, the guarantee becomes null and void: Failure to maintain puppy’s general health care (this includes obesity), -The administration of a Rabies vaccination, Lyme vaccination, or Lepto vaccination in conjunction with DHPP/DAPP vaccinations and protection against heartworms, neglect, trauma or abuse, Excessive stair climbing or vigorous excessive exercise until (at minimum) 10 months of age (This is to ensure that the your puppy has had enough time for bones and joints to develop and until growth plates have closed), or if the dog was bred, feeding the puppy a poor quality diet, the guarantee becomes null and void.

Breeder reserves the right to have a second opinion by a licensed veterinarian of Breeder’s choice, at Buyers expense. The Purchaser must submit both X-Ray and evaluation report of OFA, within 1 week of haven received either results. Purchaser must be able to provide Breeder with up to date veterinary and treatment records. Breeder reserves the right to review all medical/treatment records with a licensed veterinarian of Breeder’s choice, at the Buyer’s expense.

Under no circumstances shall the Breeder be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages resulting from negligence and environmental factors. This warranty does not cover skin/food/environmental allergies. This warranty does not cover cosmetic teeth/bite issues such as an under-bite or base narrow canines.
This warranty applies only to the original buyer. Upon transfer of ownership of the dog, warranty becomes null and void.
A Replacement pup will be from a litter of Breeders choice. All shipping costs and arrangements will be the responsibility of the Buyer. Seller reserves a one year window for replacement and you can keep your original puppy. No monies will be returned- No exeptions!!!!

We do not guarantee said puppy/dog to be completely free of intestinal parasites. We deworm against them all. Roundworms, Whipworms, Hookworms and Coccidia. All our puppies are dewormed age accordingly. The few deworming's the puppies get prior to leaving our home may not be enough to get rid of them completely.

All puppies are sold as a family companion and not for breeding purposes.

When the puppy turns 8 weeks old the balance payment is due and the puppy must be picked up unless being shipped (Must be paid prior to shipping). In some cases we can board the puppy for an additional time.
